Upstairs there is three bedrooms bedroom one has a king-size bed, bedroom two has a large double bedroom and bedroom three has twin beds. There is a large shower room with basin toilet. The rear garden is fully enclosed so suitable for young children and dogs.

Instructions for using the log burner

Please bring wood, enough for first fire will be supplied.
DO NOT use paper or coal

Use one or two fire lighters placed centrally and kindling criss crossed above the firelighters NOT PAPER as the room will fill with smoke.
Open both the air controls to maximum. The left hand control MUST be closed once the fire is established.
Gradually add dry wood NOT COAL and use the right hand control to regulate the burn rate.
Gloves and operating tool will be on the hearth.
Any smoke escaping around the door will soon stop once the chimney has got hot and is drawing the smoke through the chimney.

Logs and kindling can be bought from Uttings in the village or the garage in Burnham Market
